"Good agent, timely responses and he tries to make sure everything is proper. My only complaint is State Farm’s billing department is very disconnected from agents and the app is very primitive, cannot show up to date accurate payment information or the ability to self manage payments."

"Cannot say enough good things about this agent. We had recently switched to USAA and due to unforeseen circumstances needed them to send insurance verification to the state. 5 days later and $300 in rental car fees, we were exasperated. My husband called and walked into this agency and Mark was absolutely the most professional and kind. Within 30 minutes the issue with the state was resolved and our new coverage is $80 less than what it would have been (same coverage) than both USAA and Allstate. Love the fact we have a brick and mortar agency location with an absolute stellar agent!!"

"Mark has been my agent for a few years and him and his team have been great. My daughter was an accident 12/23/25 and I called State Farm a claim was set up the claim representative, Tara was easy to get a hold of easy to talk to. I really appreciated how quickly they handled the claim, it was very smooth during a difficult situation. And my insurance premium actually went down after the accident happened."

"I am so glad I chose Sychowski State Farm for my insurance. I use the State Farm website and their app often for the easy stuff. But sometimes you just need to talk with a real person. The Sychowski State Farm office always answers their phone with a real person and has always been very helpful. It’s so nice to be able to talk with people who are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I love the fact that the people at this office still believe in the human connection."
