"Family has been with them for over 40 years, but when trying to fix an issue the office staff did everything in their power to not help. Did not provide a way to fix it and when we were getting it fix with the DMV that they said it could take a month to review and fix. They thought it would be best to drop us even with showing proof that it was getting fixed."

"Hi Robert, unfortunately when there is a suspended license in the household, our underwriting guidelines require the vehicles to be cancelled. This is out of the office's control and we would be able to rewrite the policies once the license is reinstated. "Jack and State Farm saved me a significant amount of money. Allstate was charging me over $150 a month more for the same coverage and even the Allstate agent said it only made financial sense to switch. Thanks again Jack!!!"

"Fantastic gentlemen!!!! I worked primarily with Jack, although Mark was in the office so I was able to meet him as well. Jack was incredibly kind and very professional. He took his time, didn't make me feel rushed or pressured to purchase in any way. Wonderful customer service! Background: we've been with State Farm for about 5 years when we lived in Kansas and then Florida. When we decided to build a home in Elburn and move back home to Illinois, I scheduled an appointment with Jack to go over options. Because the prices significantly cheaper than I had planned, I decided to use some of that savings to invest in more coverage in other areas. At the end of the day, we are STILL paying much less than I had planned with MORE coverage than I had planned. Perfect!!! Thanks for being awesome, gentlemen!!"

"I recently just switched over to State Farm and the process was painless. Jack was amazing in helping me get coverage not only for our cars and home but also a rental that we have. He explained everything so well. The savings on the premiums were significant. Increase on all our policies from our previous insurance company is what made us look elsewhere. "Sends 2-3 letters a week to an address not looking for his services. Your premium is being burned on junk mail."

"Hey Robert, you could have simply called our office and we would have gladly removed you from any type of mailing list rather than posting a negative review, when you're not even one of our clients? For the record, the agency owner purchases all leads and mailers, so this is not affecting anyone's rates with State Farm. Like a good neighbor..."

"State farm is the worst insurance company..been with them for over 20 years.. never had a claim.. we had an ice storm which cause our power to go out multiple times. I have ended up burnout my furnace and ac unit..they denied the claim...never will I use them again. They never looked at the unit and the claims person spoke to the receptionist at the heating and ac company...not even speaking with a tech...agent didn't do much either..."

"Hi Loren, I feel horrible that your claim did not get approved by our claims department. I want you and Pasquale to personally know that I did do everything in my agency's "power" to help assist claims with all the required information and documentation submitted by your contractor. With these types of claims, State Farm will typically not send out an adjuster to look at a burned out furnace. Instead, we will rely on an HVAC expert or contractor you've hired, to provide us all the pertinent information to determine if coverage will extend. Due to your contractor's detailed notes about how and why the 43 year old furnace went out, claims unfortunately felt it was not correlated with the storm and more normal wear. Again, I'm sorry about that, and wish this could have been paid by us, as I know these items are very costly to replace. If you need anything else from me, please don't hesitate to contact me via email, text, or by calling me at the office."
